Very friendly service and delicious food. The parking lot situation could be improved. Otherwise everything was super good.

Food was always good, but things went wrong with the reservation for Christmas 2019. Instead of apologizing for the mistake with us, we were just treated rudely. Unfortunately there was also no festive mood, as we sat in the winter garden with 8 people in the last dark corner and we always had to let them know when we wanted to order drinks. Then we haven't been there for a long time and started a new attempt, we reserved a table for 10/16/2020. We do not want to go into more detail about the process and the rude behavior of the male employee. Conclusion: We look for another favorite restaurant where you also feel welcome.

Eat good. Prices okay. Service friendly. Balkan cuisine with sophisticated accents. Gladly again.

Very nice restaurant, nice beer garden. Food was okay, a little sober. Staff seemed a bit annoyed (was pretty full and warm). Unfortunately thumbs in the salad when serving.

Maybe it was due to the daily form of the employees, because before that I was always very satisfied. This time the dishes were not really warm, the napkin and cutlery plate were taken away from me for a moment of inattention and the service staff made a not exactly friendly impression. As I said, I know it much better.

We were completely satisfied with the service and the dishes. And here the Corona Pandemic Regulation is handled very correctly! Unfortunately, this is not the case everywhere and suggests that the hygiene guidelines are used in some companies!

Well-kept and nice restaurant in a great location. The beer garden borders directly on the Ruhrpark, so you can have a cool refreshment or a delicious meal after the walk. We visit it regularly and are always satisfied with the service that is offered there.
